The business that Diaphanum has been developing in the United States, through Diaphanum Americas LLC, will be integrated into the international structure of Family Enterprise Partners and will operate under the name FEP Wealth LLC.<\/p>\n\n

Diaphanum and Family Enterprise Partners will maintain a close collaboration in Spain to continue offering independent financial advice to business families and high-net-worth individuals through Diaphanum Valores SVSAU<\/p>\n\n

Family Enterprise Partners (FEP) and Diaphanum have reached an agreement to integrate Diaphanum’s US business into Family Enterprise Partners’ international structure. As a result of this transaction, Diaphanum Americas LLC, an entity regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will adopt the name FEP Wealth LLC, strengthening Family Enterprise Partners’ presence in one of its strategic markets. <\/p>\n\n

The agreement represents the natural evolution of a collaboration that began five years ago between the two entities. During this period, Family Enterprise Partners has developed its financial advisory business in the United States with Diaphanum as its financial partner, jointly building an independent wealth management model aimed at business families. The addition of this business marks a further step in that relationship and strengthens Family Enterprise Partners’ ability to continue developing its international project. <\/p>\n\n

This new milestone is part of Family Enterprise Partners’ strategic growth plan, which aims to reach $3 billion in assets under advisory services by 2030 and support more than 60 family businesses. In recent months, the firm has strengthened its structure by adding professionals from international financial institutions in the areas of Investments and Client Relations, Marketing and Communications, Compliance and Legal, Finance, as well as Business Intelligence and Wealth Management, reinforcing the capabilities needed to drive this new phase of growth. <\/p>\n\n
